1. General Acceptance

By using the services provided by ShrekHost ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using our services immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services & Usage

Our services are provided "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or external factors.

• You may not use our services for any illegal activities.
• Crypto mining or any CPU-abusive scripts are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to terminate services that threaten the stability of our network (e.g., outgoing DDoS attacks).

3. Payments & Refunds

Services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on your selection.

Refund Policy: We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for new services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund via a support ticket within 48 hours of your initial payment. This does not apply to dedicated servers or domains.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time via the Client Area. Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.

5. Liability

ShrekHost shall not be held liable for any data loss, profit loss, or downtime caused by hardware failure, fire, theft, or any other cause. Regular backups are the sole responsibility of the customer, although we provide tools to facilitate them.
