When will my server be online?
Instantly! Our system is automated. As soon as your payment clears (usually seconds), your server will be deployed and you'll receive an email with login details.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your server resources at any time via the Client Area. Your data will be preserved during the upgrade process.
Do you support modpacks?
Absolutely. We have a one-click modpack installer in our panel for all popular packs (RLCraft, All The Mods, etc.). You can also upload your own custom jars via SFTP.
Where are your servers located?
We have swamps (data centers) in New York, Los Angeles, London, Frankfurt, and Singapore. You can choose your location during checkout.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your server will be suspended 24 hours after the due date. We keep your files for 7 days before the dragons burn them (permanent deletion).
